- Carve in machinable wax
- Sprue onto tree
- Pour investment
- Burn out wax
- Pour silver
- Sand and finish
Silver Clay Pendants
I heard of this magical clay and needed to try it out! When you fire it, it burns away the binding compounds, leaving behind pure silver to be polished! These are a couple pendants and findings that I will be place on jewelry cord.

- Mold and carve clay
- Let dry overnight
- Fire clay (10% shrinkage!)
- Sanding and finishing

I am in the process of creating a necklace and earring set by piercing sheet silver with a jeweler’s saw.

- Pierce with jeweler’s saw
- Clean up edges
- Solder on findings

N Pendant Toggle Necklace
This monogram pendant experiments with weight, texture and brings a focal point to the toggle closure mechanism. It features 2 charms - a lightning bolt (hand carved in wax) and a star (3D modeled and printed in wax).

- 3D print in PLA to test size
- 3D print in wax
- Sprue onto tree
- Pour investment
- Burn out wax
- Pour silver
- Sand and finish
- Solder components onto chain with jump rings
- Sand and finish to completion
